We are the Northridge Community Neighborhood Watch & Coordinating Council and have been cleaning the old Reseda Blvd. Business District for two years. We have changed the entire landscape of Reseda Blvd. from Parthenia to Nordhoff by adding trash cans, cleaning debris, trimming trees, turning soil, planting flowers, killing weeds!!!
We are not funded by the government or any city councils. All the work is done by volunteers and all the flowers, compost, paint, plants and beautification elements are purchased or donated by YOU, the people who have made this effort possible!
